European Peace Conference on Perpetrator-Victim Dynamics

“Europe must fight,” said the president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. “Battlelines for a new world order, based on power, are being drawn right now.” How do we keep Europe safe? Reflections on war and peace may help us find a sensible way forward.
The second edition of the peace conference consists of a two day conversation program with an international group of scholars, experts, and practitioners. Through panel debates, we will discuss how we see perpetrator-victim dynamics play out in society. In addition, there will be an interactive workshop program. A monthly webinar is held in preparation of the conference.
